One of the unique aspects of TASP Martial Arts is its inclusion of Freestyle Kung Fu, a kicking-based system that incorporates fast hand techniques, sweeps, and kicks. This system, along with the three systems of Kung Fu, self-defence techniques, and weapons training, is taught using Master Carl's TASP principles and theory, ensuring a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
