The Tarragindi Tigers Football Club, a renowned Soccer club in Brisbane, is thrilled to announce the upcoming MiniRoos program for children under 6 and 7 years old. This program is designed to bring the fun and excitement of football to young players while fostering their skills and development in the game.
To ensure a fantastic experience for all participants, each team will be led by a dedicated Volunteer Game Leader/Coach. And as an added bonus, we have also hired a paid Development Coach who will be assisting with trainings. Speaking of trainings, they will be held on Monday and Wednesday from 5.15pm to 6.00pm at the Esher Field 1. It is our firm belief that training is the cornerstone of success, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment for young players to grow their skills.
The highlight of the program will be our exhilarating in-house competition, which kicks off every Saturday morning at 8am starting in April 2023 at the iconic Esher St. Players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and enjoy the thrill of competitive matches. Each team will consist of a maximum of 6 players, ensuring that every child receives ample playing time. The games will be divided into two halves of 20 minutes each, promising action-packed matches from start to finish.
We want to make sure that the MiniRoos program is accessible to as many young players as possible. Therefore, registration is open for returning players from the under 6 age group. Additionally, player requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability, allowing friends to play together and experience the joy of teamwork.
To make things even more convenient, the club will provide training kits equipped with balls, bibs, and cones for each team. We believe that having the right gear is crucial to enhancing the training experience and ensuring players have everything they need to succeed.
In the event of wet weather, we have got you covered. Participants can easily check the club's website and Facebook page for updates. We will diligently update wet weather information by 3pm on training and game days, keeping everyone informed and prepared.
