Our TaekwonKids programme is specially designed for children, helping them develop discipline, respect, and confidence. TaekwonDults is geared towards teenagers and adults who wish to improve their physical fitness and self-defence skills. Tam Taekwon-Do Bondi Beach Branch has a dedicated dojang located in the High Tide Room at Bondi Pavilion on Queen Elizabeth Drive. Led by instructors Boosabum Mark Balfour and Charlie Lay, our dojang offers general classes every Monday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 p. m. and Thursday evening from 6 to 7 p.
m. Each session provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can learn and grow.
