Our classes cater to a wide range of individuals, starting with our entrants who are white belts to green stripes. These classes, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Meadowbank School Hall from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm, provide a fun and specialised programme for children. By learning the art of Taekwon-Do, children develop confidence, increase their self-esteem, and learn important life skills such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. In a safe and supportive environment, children enhance their fitness, coordination, and self-defence abilities.

For our junior ranks, which include green belts to blue stripes, we offer energetic and focused classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Meadowbank School Hall from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm. Black Belt mentors provide support and assist with goal-setting, training, and overall development throughout the year. These classes cover various aspects of Taekwon-Do, including fitness, technique drills, patterns (Tul), self-defence, and sparring. We ensure that teaching methods cater to different learning styles and capabilities, helping young practitioners smoothly transition into more senior tuition.

Our senior class, designed for anyone over 10 years old and holding a Blue Belt or above, takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Meadowbank School Hall from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm. This class focuses on promoting fitness, muscle tone, strength, and coordination through the art of Taekwon-Do. Taekwon-Do principles extend beyond physical training and encompass mindfulness, awareness, and stress relief in daily life. In a supportive and friendly environment, we provide specific training for higher-ranking students, ensuring their continued physical and mental development throughout their journey to Black Belt and beyond.

Taekwon-Do is a martial art suitable for all ages and abilities, and we offer classes for beginners to advanced levels. Additionally, we provide special classes for children and youth. Membership options are available, including a term membership of $165 for two weekly sessions or $135 for one weekly session for kids only.

We hold our classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school terms at Meadowbank School Hall, located at 68 Waiatarua Road, Remuera. Our training times are as follows: for everyone, the class starts at 6:15 pm and for junior ranks, the session concludes at 7:15 pm. For senior ranks, the session extends until 7:45 pm, and for those holding Blue Belt or above, the class concludes at 8:15 pm.
