Every Thursday night, we host a social competition where you can test your skills and enjoy friendly matches with fellow members. For junior players, we provide coaching sessions and games on Mondays to help develop their skills and passion for the sport.

Taieri Squash Club was founded in 1978 and has grown to become a family-oriented club with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Originally equipped with two courts, an additional glass back court was added in the early 80s. We pride ourselves on catering to all ages and abilities, providing competitive and social leagues to suit everyone's preferences.
Our committee consists of dedicated individuals who ensure the smooth running of the club. Led by President and Bar Manager Aaron Pool, our committee members cover various responsibilities such as secretary, treasurer, sponsorship, club hire, membership, league organising, and more. We also have esteemed Life Members who have made significant contributions to the club over the years.
Our club room is available for hire and offers modern facilities with a bar, kitchen, great sound system, and the capacity to licence up to 100 people. We provide glassware and refrigeration options to keep your beverages cool. With the option to decorate the room according to your preferences, you can create a stunning setting for your special celebrations. In addition to our regular club activities, we invite all members to participate in the Squash Otago Interclub competition. This social and enjoyable event allows you to form teams and compete with other clubs in Dunedin, Balclutha, and Palmerston. After the games, drinks and supper are served, creating a festive atmosphere. Don't miss out on the season-ending prizegiving event where all players are honoured.
