Sheng-Shyan's Loosening Exercises. The partner work class allows students to develop their sensitivity, balance, and coordination through interactive exercises with a partner. It also provides an opportunity to apply the principles of Tai Chi in a dynamic and practical way. The class is open to all, including beginners, and the first class is free to try.

Tai Chi Lab in Cambridge also offers monthly workshops at Ross Street. These workshops, which run for three hours, provide a deeper exploration of loosening exercises, the 37-Step Yang Short Form, and partner work/push hands/tui shou. They are open to all levels of experience and provide an opportunity for focused and intensive practise.
