With a direct transmission approach, he passes on the outer system and inner technologies of these systems to his students.

At Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts, they believe in the importance of developing song (relaxation) and ting (listening), while abandoning the use of external force or li. This approach allows students to cultivate internal strength and create a harmonious connexion between mind, body, and spirit.

Jeff Taylor, one of the qualified instructors at the centre, has over 46 years of experience in martial arts. He has dedicated his training to following Sifu Adam Mizner's teachings and is highly skilled in Taiji Quan, Yang style.

Classes at Tai Chi- Heaven Man Earth Taiji Sydney include Ji ben gong (foundations), Taiji or tai chi form, Nei gong (internal exercises), Qi gong (moving body and energy), and Yi Jin Jing (tendon-changing). These classes are held on Thursdays at 7 pm, with additional classes available on Sunday mornings at 8 am. Private lessons can also be arranged by appointment.
