At Tai Chi For All, our mission is to promote wellness through the practise of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a meditative and restorative art form that can help reduce stress, align mental and physical health, relieve muscular tension, and provide therapy through breath. We believe that everyone can benefit from Tai Chi and Chi Kung, and our classes are designed for all levels and goals.
Our chief instructor, Master Robert Russell-Brown, has been studying and teaching Tai Chi since 1992. With a background in martial arts and a deep understanding of the ancient Chinese art, Robert brings both passion and expertise to his teaching. He is a member of the Tai Chi Association of Australia and has also studied Reiki and metaphysical healing.
We teach the Shang Gou style of Tai Chi, which is similar to the Yang style but with a focus on relaxation and correct breathing. Our lessons cover the 108-move set, divided into six levels. We also teach Shibashi One, Lotus, and the Lohan Chi Kung sets. For those looking to further improve their skills, we offer advanced classes in the Yin Yang Sword, Dragon Phoenix Fan, and Immortal Silver Flute.
Classes are held in various locations in Wanneroo, Pearsall, and Duncraig. We have a range of class times and levels to accommodate different schedules and abilities. Our classes fill up quickly, so it's important to reserve your spot in advance.
