In terms of clothing, girls are recommended to wear a leotard, preferably not a new one unless it is the club kit, which will be required starting from the second term (excluding preschoolers). In addition, girls and boys may wear a t-shirt top with leggings or joggers. It is significant to tie up long hair neatly and remove any jewellery for safety reasons. Shoes and socks are not to be worn during training sessions.
