The Accelerate programme is a 3-month long kick-starter. It includes three personal training sessions each week and full access to all gym facilities. The aim? To get you immediate results and get you hooked on the gym culture, setting the stage for a longer fitness journey.
Beyond personal training, T2FIT has fitness classes and nutrition coaching to round out the experience. They’ve got an in-house nutrition expert to help you with a diet plan that fits your training.
