Welcome to Synergy Gymnastics London, also known as Southwark Gymnastics Club! Since our establishment in 2012, we have become one of the leading gymnastics providers in London, catering to approximately 1,500 individuals who participate in our sessions each week.
Our dedicated coaches have consistently nurtured and developed gymnasts who have gone on to compete at regional, national, and even international levels. We are immensely proud of their achievements and our state-of-the-art facilities at Thomas Tallis School will allow us to push these boundaries even further.
As a Community Interest Company, we operate on a not-for-profit basis. This means that any surplus profits generated by our club are reinvested back into the organisation. This allows us to constantly improve and upgrade our equipment, provide valuable coach education opportunities, and much more. We are fortunate to work with organisations such as the National Lottery, London Youth, and Jack Petchey, who generously support us in offering free or low-cost access to our sessions. Additionally, any further donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated as they help us in our continuous efforts to provide an excellent gymnastics experience for all.
At Synergy Gymnastics London, we offer a wide range of programs to suit various ages and abilities. Whether it's our Drop In Tiny Gym for the little ones, our Adults program for those looking to stay active, or our Gymnastics for All sessions that cater to everyone, we have something for everyone. We also have our Pre-School/Tumbling Tots program, which aims to lay the foundations of gymnastics skills for our youngest members.
Our programs focus on improving flexibility, agility, strength, speed, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. We believe that gymnastics is not just a physical activity, but also a great means of building life skills such as discipline, determination, and teamwork.
