Sydney Futsal Club, FNSW Futsal NPL2 Mens/Womens/Youth, based in Dulwich Hill, is a thriving soccer club that prides itself on fostering a strong sense of community and inclusivity. The club was established in the 2011/12 season and has since enjoyed numerous rewards and successes, with the 12 Boys team making a grand final appearance in the 2014/15 season.
While on-field achievements are important, Sydney Futsal Club values its reputation as a family-friendly organisation that welcomes players and officials of all ages and backgrounds. Many individuals have been with the club since its inception, a testament to the positive and inclusive culture fostered by the organisation.
The club competes in the Football NSW Futsal premier League 2 competition, which requires a representative commitment from its players. To support this commitment, the club offers an inclusive registration fee that covers the cost of club polo shirts, game day and training gear for the season. Additionally, the club provides one night of training per week and expects full attendance from its players.
Sydney Futsal Club is managed by an elected board, which encourages participation and involvement from players and parents at all levels. The current board members for the 2017/18 season are President Con Kellis, Secretary Raffaele Dardano, Treasurer Goran Marjanovic, Registrars Marina Marjanovic, and Committee Members Monica Harrison and Zoran Marjanovic. Raffaele Dardano also serves as the Member Protection Officer.
Home games for Sydney Futsal Club are played at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE), providing a top-notch facility for players and spectators alike. Training sessions are held at Endeavour Sports High School in Caringbah.
For those interested in joining the club, Sydney Futsal Club conducts regular trials, with the upcoming ones scheduled for Saturday 24th October and Sunday 25th October at Endeavour Sports High School in Caringbah.
