The Northern Suburbs Tennis Association is thrilled to announce their partnership with Tennis NSW for the upcoming Sydney Junior Team Tennis competition. This event is all about providing young players with a fun and competitive environment to showcase their skills right here in the Sydney area. If you're under 18 or a high school student up to 18, you're eligible to be a part of this exciting experience.
Teams will be slotted into specific timeslots based on their UTR, ensuring that players of similar levels will face off against each other. It's crucial for both players in a team to have the correct UTR rating to secure their spot in their chosen division. If the ratings don't match up, they'll be placed in a timeslot more suitable for the lower-rated player, so make sure you're on the same page with your partner.
Matches will be played in a home and away format at various venues like Talus St, Kooroora T.C, Lane Cove T.C, and Forestville. Don't worry if you're not affiliated with a club, coach, or school - the NSTA is here to help you out. Keep in mind that there are some UTR criteria adjustments for Term 2, so double-check your eligibility for specific timeslots.
