The club offers classes for various skill levels, from beginners to squad levels. Beginners are introduced to foundational skills, while intermediate and advanced classes focus on refining techniques and exploring more advanced elements. For those in the highest level, the squad classes, an assessment is required, and training is geared towards competition readiness.
In addition, Helen has arranged private 1-to-1 lessons with Coach Marx, a seasoned coach with over 13 years of experience. Whether just starting out or aiming to polish advanced skills, Coach Marx is there to help each gymnast reach their best.
There’s also a home training resource available for children to practise their skills beyond the gym. Parents are encouraged to support their child's development using this helpful tool.
