After Canada Day and runs until the last Friday in August. Our sessions follow the school calendar closely to allow for consistency and convenience for our members.
At Swing, Spring & Flip, we offer a wide range of classes for children of all ages and skill levels. From Parent and Tot classes for the littlest ones to advanced competitive programs for experienced athletes, we have something for everyone. We also offer specialty classes such as teen climbing for boys and girls aged 12 and older, providing a fun and safe environment for kids to learn new skills and stay active.
Our dedicated coaches and staff are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for all of our members. Whether you're looking to improve your skills, stay active, or try something new, Swing, Spring & Flip is the place for you. With our updated Uplifter page, registration for classes, camps, and special events is easy and convenient.
We also offer competitive team tryouts for girls and boys interested in joining our year-long program. Our team of experienced coaches will help athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals in the world of gymnastics. Plus, our Summer Camp and night classes provide additional opportunities for kids to stay active and have fun during the summer months.
