At Swingdon School of Pole, we take it a step further by incorporating vertical poles, horizontal poles, and wooden bars to maximise the versatility of this fitness equipment. In our lessons, you'll learn a wide range of moves including lifts, pull-ups, hangs, holds, spins, tricks, and stretches. We also offer specialised classes in different styles of pole such as dance or athletic.
