The GoggleSquad Swim Club & Swim School at Notre Dame Cobham offers swimming technique coaching sessions in Cobham for children who want to prepare for club level swimming. These workshops focus on refining technique in all four strokes, including breath work, body position, and propulsion. The main goal is to help swimmers build the necessary endurance and speed required for club swimming.
The sessions take place on Thursday evenings at the pool of Notre Dame School, starting at 6pm. Each session lasts for 30 minutes, ensuring that swimmers get the most out of their time in the pool. To give new starters a chance to try out the workshops, the first session comes with a free assessment. Subsequent sessions are priced at £24.
The workshops are conducted in a 25-meter long, four-lane, heated indoor pool at Notre Dame School. The facilities also include separate changing rooms for males and females, complete with showers and toilets. Additionally, there is ample free parking available for the convenience of participants and their families.
