Join TJ for an exciting swimming lesson experience at Fitness 2000. As a highly experienced lifeguard, swim instructor, and coach, TJ is passionate about helping individuals develop a love for swimming. With a focus on overcoming fears and perfecting strokes, TJ creates a supportive and encouraging environment for swimmers of all levels. The lessons take place at a well-equipped facility with 5 lanes and 20 meters of pool space, ideal for intermediate to advanced swimmers looking to improve endurance, distance, and confidence in deep water.
For those new to triathlon training, this pool is a great choice for private coaching sessions. Please note that only 1 lane is available for Propel lesson use, and if multiple lessons are scheduled, the lane will be shared. Lessons will not be offered during the summer but will resume in September.
