Great Harwood Otter, a swimming club based in Blackburn, invites all interested children aged six and above to join their swimming lessons. With their team of experienced swimming teachers, Great Harwood Otter aims to help children learn how to swim and boost their confidence in and around water. To ensure the best learning experience, each child will undergo an assessment to determine their suitability and placement within a group.
Throughout the year, the club offers regular sets of learn-to-swim lessons that cover a range of abilities and skills. If you would like to book lessons or require more information, please get in touch with Joyce at 01254 884 247. Joyce will be more than happy to assist you with any queries you may have.
For those children who already have the know-how and have achieved ASA Level 7 or above, Great Harwood Otter has a range of skill groups to offer. If you are interested in enrolling your child or would like more details on these skill groups, please call Joyce at 01254 884 247. You will also have the opportunity to visit Accrington Academy swimming pool on Wednesdays or Fridays at 7:00pm, or Saturdays at 1:00pm, to meet with Dylan, Janette, and Ben. In order to participate in a try-out, remember to bring along your swimming costume or trunks and goggles. Who knows, you might even be invited to stay for the full session!
