For those looking to get started with swimming or wanting to improve their skills, Mentone Aquatic offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced level lessons. From learning the fundamentals and basic stroke development to mastering all four strokes, our instructors will help you reach your swimming goals. We believe in making the learning process enjoyable and engaging, so you'll be having fun while improving your technique and fitness.
During school holidays, Mentone Aquatic also offers 5-day intensive programs that are perfect for children of all ages and swimming abilities. With discounted rates for 5 × 45 minute lessons, this program is ideal for those who want to see immediate improvements in their swimming or for beginners attending their first group lesson.
Schools can also take advantage of our swimming program, which not only teaches students how to swim but also focuses on water safety survival techniques. We use the tried and tested 'FIN' Certificate system, which has been successful for over 25 years, along with elements from the Royal Life Saving's 'Swim & Survive' program. We recommend a 2-week intensive program for schools, as it has shown to provide the best outcomes and improvements. At the end of the program, all students will receive a well-deserved Certificate.
