Our swimming classes are designed to cater to the needs and abilities of children at different stages of their swimming journey. We offer four swim streams to build their skills progressively.
Stream 1 – Conditioning: This stream focuses on water familiarisation, conditioning, and safety. Children will learn to be comfortable in the water and develop readiness for the next swim stream.
Stream 2 – Learn to Swim: In this stream, the emphasis is on building confidence, independence, and fundamental swimming skills. Children will learn breath control, kicking, propulsion, and floating while also gaining water safety knowledge.
Stream 3 – Development: This stream focuses on stroke development and building upon the core skills learned in the Learn to Swim stream.
Stream 4 – Technique: Here, children further develop their swimming technique, extending distances, and refining skills in Freestyle and Backstroke. They are also introduced to Breaststroke and Butterfly.
