They have contactable hours from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 6pm, on Saturday from 10:30am to 1:30pm, and on Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm.
SwimFit Midlothian ensures that their swim coach, Lisa Fowler, is fully registered and has a PVG registration number. She also carries public liability and professional indemnity insurance through Insure4sport to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants.
When it comes to terms and conditions, SwimFit Midlothian has specific rules regarding booking and payment. Adult classes run throughout the year and are calculated based on a 48/52 annual fee to account for the company's annual leave. Fees are paid through direct debit on the 1st of each month. Pool usage outside of swim sessions is not included in the membership and must be paid separately.
Membership can be cancelled at any time with written notice or by cancelling the direct debit with the bank.
In the event of class cancellations or missed classes, participants may request catch up sessions within 7 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made prior to the 22nd of the month will cancel the membership at the end of the same month. Cancellations made after the 22nd will cancel the membership at the end of the following month. For 121 classes, cancellations or missed sessions are not entitled to a refund or catch up.
Coach cancellations will only occur as a last resort, and there will be no class refund for short-term coach sickness. In the case of local or national virus lockdowns, classes will be immediately cancelled, and direct debits will be placed on hold.
