Lauren Mills, the owner of Sweaty Mama Halifax, is thrilled to introduce herself to the community. She has been living in Halifax for the past six years, originally hailing from the southern county of Wiltshire. Lauren lives with her fianc and her 18-month-old son, Alfie, who also occasionally joins her in classes. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys watching Netflix series, going to the theatre to watch ballet and musicals, and attending social events.
As a former attendee of Sweatymama and Sweaty Bootcamp classes, Lauren understands the benefits and joys of these workouts. She is excited to share these classes with others and assist them on their fitness journey, whether it be during pregnancy or postpartum.
Sweaty Mama Halifax has received positive feedback from their clients.
