Our goal is to help women of all fitness levels enjoy fun and effective workouts in a relaxed and safe environment. Whether you are a new mama, a seasoned mama, or expecting, we have classes that cater to your needs.
At Sweaty Mama, we offer three different class types for you to choose from. Our Mama & Child Sessions are a fabulous and fun workout that allows you to bond with your baby, toddler, or pre-schooler while you exercise. We provide music and movements that both you and your little one will love.
For those who prefer female-only workouts, we have our Fun Fitness Sessions. These sessions are designed for all fitness levels and aim to gradually build strength and fitness while having a laugh. It's seriously fun fat burning at its best!
If you are in need of some “Me Time,” our Low Impact Sessions are perfect for you. These sessions are specifically tailored for Pre Natal & Post Natal women, as well as any woman who deserves a moment of relaxation. The focus is on effective posture, tone, and strength.
Additionally, we offer Sweaty Gym, a fun, varied, and effective 30-minute session for all women. This is a great opportunity for you to enjoy some time for yourself while exercising with your little one or even with a baby bump!
