At SW Dance Academy, we offer a diverse range of dance styles to suit every dancer's preference. Our timetable includes Hip Hop, Commercial Street Dance, Break Dance, Freestyle, and Lyrical classes. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced dancer, we have classes for all skill levels.

In addition to our regular dance classes, our students are actively involved in community showcases and performances. We believe in giving our students real-world performance experiences to build their confidence and showcase their talent. We also hold an annual End of Year Show & Awards Event, where all students have the opportunity to perform in a professional theatre setting.

To ensure that our students receive the highest quality training, we regularly invite guest teachers and participate in professional workshops. These experiences inspire and nurture our young dancers, allowing them to expand their skills and knowledge.

SW Dance Academy takes pride in its strong dance community and supportive environment. With over 20 years of experience, our owner and principal, Suzie Wallington, has created a dance family where everyone is welcomed with open arms. We believe in developing dancers not only for today but also for the future.

Our dedicated team of teachers includes Mike, who specialises in Commercial Street Dance and Freestyle, Vicky, who teaches Freestyle, Taylor, who teaches Lyric and Street styles, Tanisha, our Hip Hop Street Dance instructor, Danni, who focuses on Commercial Street Dance, Tom, our Freestyle and Lyrical teacher, Cosmin, our Break Dance instructor, Ebony, who teaches Freestyle and Lyrical, as well as student teachers Caitlin and Tanisha. Each member of our team is passionate about dance and committed to providing the best dance education to our students.

You can find our dance classes in two convenient locations. In St Albans, we are based at the One YMCA on Russet Drive, and in Harpenden, we are located at Park Hall on Leyton Road.
