Experience the benefits of Pilates with our traditional Pilates Mat classes, limited to a small class of eight people for individual attention and guidance. If you prefer a more dynamic and challenging workout, our Reformer classes are designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles in a small group setting of six people.
For those seeking personalised attention, our private classes offer one-on-one sessions with your instructor. This allows for customised workouts tailored to your specific needs and goals. At Sway Bar Pilates, we believe in making Pilates accessible to everyone. We offer taster packs starting from only $12 per class, allowing you to try any class, including Reformer, within 21 days.
