Welcome to Sutton & Cheam Choi Kwang-Do, a reputable martial arts and self-defence school located in NZ. At our school, individuals of all ages and skill levels are welcome to learn powerful street self-defence techniques in a safe and fun environment.
Under the guidance of our highly experienced head instructor, Emilia Freegard, students will have the opportunity to develop valuable life skills and increase their confidence and self-awareness. Emilia is a dedicated and skilled instructor who is passionate about teaching modern techniques that have been scientifically proven to be non-destructive to the body and highly effective in real-life street situations.
We offer a range of classes throughout the week, ensuring that there is a convenient time for everyone.
