Founded in 1991 by David Melham, a former professional player, the club aims to introduce and develop football skills in boys and girls aged 4–13 years, regardless of their abilities. All coaches at SFCC are fully qualified by the Football Association and have undergone DBS checks, as well as holding safeguarding and first aid qualifications.
