As we move through our lives an ever-evolving yoga practise is essential for optimal physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

The majority of our classes are Vinyasa Flow, but reflecting my own journey through illness, pregnancy and into motherhood, we also offer Sports Recovery, Pre-Natal, Mums n Bubs and Kids classes.

If you are in corporate wellness and are seeking a yoga, meditation or mindfulness facilitator, you have also come to the right place. With my background in sales and marketing I understand the pressures you and your team are under, and I will share practical, accessible tools to help improve your employees' physical and mental health.
