Welcome to Supreme Ultimate Tai Chi Online, a renowned Tai Chi and Qigong school located in Chirnside Park, Victoria. While we no longer offer face-to-face classes in Chirnside Park, our closest class is now available in Blackburn. We offer both online and face-to-face classes to cater to your needs and preferences.
At Supreme Ultimate Tai Chi Online, we believe that Tai Chi is not just a martial art but also a holistic practise that promotes mindfulness, balance, memory, and stamina training. Our classes incorporate various exercises, such as stretches, breathing techniques, flexibility training, weight resistance, and deep relaxation to promote physical and mental well-being.
Our classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our friendly class environment welcomes everyone. We provide formal and casual classes in the most popular styles of Tai Chi Chuan and Tai Chi Qigong. Our instructors are highly trained and accomplished in both the art of Tai Chi and the art of teaching.
In addition to regular classes, we also offer specialised training programmes. These include competition training, instructor training, and judging up to the national level. Our goal is to help you develop your skills and reach your full potential in the practise of Tai Chi.
