At Superior CrossFit, we offer CrossFit programs that are designed to optimize physical competence in ten recognized fitness domains including cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Unlike traditional gyms, our workouts are constantly varied and high-intensity, incorporating a variety of movements and equipment such as ropes, rings, pullup bars, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, presses, squats, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and rowers.
We offer various membership options, including discounts for first responders, military personnel, and students. New members can take advantage of our free trial to experience the benefits of CrossFit training at our facility. Our membership pricing includes options for yearly unlimited memberships as well as monthly unlimited memberships. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
Our class schedule is subject to change based on the season, so we encourage members to visit our website for the most up-to-date schedule and to book into a class. We offer a range of classes throughout the week, including CrossFit group classes for all levels, open gym sessions, and yoga for CrossFitters.
