Sunbury Gymnastic College, located in Hume City, is excited to announce its upcoming Artistic Gymnastics event! The Gymstar Advanced Gymstar Competition Program is specifically designed for children aged 5 years and above who are interested in competing for the club but do not want to commit to competing in external competitions.
At Sunbury Gymnastic College, there are several levels within the Gymstar program, ensuring that children of all abilities can participate. The selection and placement of participants in these levels are based on their individual skills. To be a part of this program, children are required to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per week to training. In addition, they are expected to purchase a club leotard and tracksuit, which adds to the team spirit and sense of camaraderie.
The Gymstar competitions organised by Sunbury Gymnastic College provide a relaxed and supportive atmosphere for participants. While joining every competition is not mandatory, we strongly encourage all participants to take part in at least 1 or 2 competitions per year. These competitions offer the perfect platform to showcase your gymnastics skills and receive support from your fellow teammates and coaches.
Furthermore, Sunbury Gymnastic College also arranges in-house competitions twice a year, exclusively for program participants. This provides an excellent opportunity for gymnasts to challenge themselves and gauge their progress within the club.
