Island Swimming is excited to announce the Summer Skills program for swimmers aged 11-17! From July 29th to August 2nd, older swimmers looking to improve their abilities are invited to join.
If you're currently in Conditioning & Technique (C & T) or just want to take your swimming skills to the next level this summer, this program is perfect for you. The sessions will have dedicated lane space and will focus on improving technique, speed, and strength.
Participants should be able to comfortably swim 100m in the pool. This is a great opportunity for young swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities and have some fun in the process. Don't miss out on this chance to improve your skills and meet other swimmers in the community!
