This program offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of rowing, from basic terminology to handling a racing shell. Whether you're coming with friends or looking to make new ones, this water activity is sure to be a fun experience.
The program features 5 two-hour sessions per week, providing ample time to hone your rowing skills and prepare for club-level participation. Participants must be born between 2011 - 2007, capable of carrying a minimum of 30 lbs, and proficient swimmers. With classes limited to 5 individuals, spots fill up fast, so don't wait to register.
Make sure to dress in dry-fit sport clothing suitable for rowing in any weather, and don't forget to bring runners for land exercises and flip-flops or crocs for the wet dock area.
