Pool Wilfrid-Hamel's Swimming Club is excited to announce the upcoming Summer Day Camps in Québec City for children aged 5 to 12. These camps offer a range of recreational activities to keep kids engaged and having fun in a safe environment. Running from June 24 to August 16, 2024, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, these camps are sure to be a hit with the young ones.
Managed by non-profit organizations, the Summer Day Camps adhere to strict quality standards and operating procedures outlined in a charter of requirements. Registration opens on April 15 and continues until capacity is reached. Québec City residents can register directly, while non-residents can sign up from May 7, 2024, if spots are available.
Safety is our top priority at Pool Wilfrid-Hamel's Swimming Club, and that's why children aged 7 and above must undergo a swimming proficiency evaluation. This test helps determine if a personal flotation device (PFD) is needed during swim sessions, ensuring the safety of all campers. For children with special needs, integration support services are available to help them fully participate in the day camps.
Exciting news for teenagers aged 13 to 15! The Summer-Teen program offers a variety of activities including sports, cultural events, arts, physical activities, and social interactions. Running from June 24 to August 16, with flexible weekly schedules ranging from 14 to 35 hours, this program is a great way for teens to stay active and engaged over the summer months. Ready to sign up? Contact the managing organizations for registration details.
