Established in 1885, SULTC is one of the university's oldest and most respected institutions. With 8 picturesque courts nestled between Manning House and Physics Road on the university grounds, SULTC provides the perfect setting for a game of tennis in the great outdoors.
SULTC caters to players of all levels, whether you are a social player looking to meet new people or a competitive player seeking to improve your game. We offer a range of activities to suit everyone's needs. Our club organises social tennis three days a week, allowing members to enjoy the game in a relaxed and friendly environment. It's a great opportunity to make new friends while honing your skills.
We also provide match play for players at all levels, allowing you to challenge yourself and compete against other members.
For Sydney Uni students, SULTC offers the chance to represent the university in national competitions. You can participate in the annual Australian University Games and the Eastern Australian University Games, showcasing your skills on a national stage and proudly representing our university.
While our courts close from December to February for lawn recovery, we remain open for play throughout the rest of the year. So, come and join our vibrant community of tennis enthusiasts!
