This includes the development and touring of signature works by Company Wayne McGregor, a world-class ensemble of dancers and resident company at Sadler's Wells in London. The organisation also undertakes international commissions in various art forms, such as dance, visual art, film, theatre, and opera.

Studio Wayne McGregor is dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic growth in individuals and communities. They offer specialised Learning and Engagement programmes that empower individuals to explore and express their own creativity. To facilitate its creative endeavours, Studio Wayne McGregor opened a world-class creative arts space in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in April 2017. Designed by We Not I, the studio features three spacious dance studios, including two of the largest in London. The space also offers playful areas designed to inspire collaboration and creativity.
