Hand sanitiser is available, and you'll need to wash your hands on arrival and sanitise equipment after use. The studio is cleaned frequently, every 30 minutes.

Prefer quiet workout times? Morning or early evening sessions are best. Zoom classes are also available if you prefer to exercise from home.
