Studio U - Acadmie de Danse Victoria is a fitness centre and dance school located in LeMoyne. Since 1999, Studio U has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through a combination of personal training, group fitness classes, and dance instruction.
At Studio U, the focus is on providing individualized attention to each client. Our team of nationally certified trainers work with clients on a one-on-one basis to assess their fitness levels, set goals, and create tailored workout routines. Trainers provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure clients are continually challenged and making progress towards their goals.
In addition to personal training, Studio U offers a variety of group fitness classes for adults and children. From barre fitness to contemporary dance to yoga, there is something for everyone at Studio U. The Unlimited Class membership allows members to have easy access to all classes for just $80 per month.
For those interested in dance, Acadmie de Danse Victoria offers a range of dance classes for all ages and levels. The winter session class schedule is now available, featuring a variety of dance styles to choose from.
