Studios Unis D'auto-Dfense De Chicoutimi is a martial arts school located in Chicoutimi, Quebec. Led by the dedicated and passionate owner Mathieu Gravel, who has been involved in martial arts since 2000 and holds a black belt since 2006, the school prides itself on providing top-notch martial arts training in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Mathieu is known for his patience, humility, and attention to detail in his teaching. He values human connection and teaches karate with a flexible approach that suits each individual student. His passion and positive attitude are felt as soon as you step into the karate school.

The school offers a range of services, including karate classes for all levels, self-defence training, and high-intensity workouts. The main instructor, Shihan Mathieu Gravel, holds a Godan rank in karate and is recognized for his expertise in Kosho Ryu Kempo. He is supported by Sense Samuel Bilodeau, who holds a Sandan rank and has been practising martial arts since 2009.
