The studio is a private space, providing a relaxed environment for your Pilates practise. You will be guided by fully qualified teacher Lucinda Bicknell, who brings with her 20 years of teaching experience. Lucinda's expertise ensures that you will receive a high level of personal attention during your sessions.

Prior to starting your Pilates journey, Lucinda will take a comprehensive medical history to better understand your individual needs and goals. This information will assist in creating a personalised programme tailored to your specific requirements. Lucinda is well-equipped to help you shape, tone, and strengthen your body. She can also assist in improving your posture, aid in your rehabilitation after hip or knee replacement surgery, injury, or illness, support your movement and coordination skills if you have a neurological condition, or challenge you with advanced exercises.

Additionally, Lucinda is experienced in sports conditioning and can help you achieve your desired fitness level.

The studio is fully equipped with the classical Pilates apparatus, which includes reformers, cadillacs, barrel, chair, and more. In addition, there is an area dedicated to matwork exercises. It is important to note that Studio Pilates does not offer large group classes, ensuring that each client receives the necessary attention and guidance.
