These classes combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to help you improve your strength, tone your muscles, and increase your flexibility. BALANCE Develop your core strength, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility with our Balance classes. These classes incorporate a combination of traditional and contemporary exercises to challenge your body and mind. GET YOUR SPLITS If you've always wanted to do the splits, our Get Your Splits course is perfect for you.
Over a period of 6 weeks, you'll receive intense splits training to help you achieve this challenging but rewarding goal. This course is suitable for all fitness levels and is designed to progressively improve your flexibility. Join us and take the first step towards mastering the splits.
