Studio Benefit is a fitness studio located in Bathurst, Australia. We specialise in offering a wide range of fitness services including yoga, mat pilates, reformer pilates, personal training, exercise physiology, NDIS, corporate wellness coaching, workCover programmes, and over 50s exercise. Our studio caters to people of all ages and fitness abilities, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

At Studio Benefit, we have a team of experienced and certified instructors who are dedicated to helping you shape your world. Our founder, Liz Schembri, is not only the owner of the studio but also an expert in yoga, mat pilates, reformer pilates, personal training, and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. With her expertise, Liz is able to provide exercise options that are tailored to each client's individual needs, ensuring that they can effectively manage their health and chronic conditions.

Joining Liz is another fitness enthusiast, Liz Scott. Liz is a trained yoga and pilates instructor, as well as a personal trainer and wellness coach. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Liz is here to support you in achieving your fitness and wellness goals.

Demi Chapman, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and pilates mat and reformer teacher, is another valuable member of our team. Demi's expertise lies in incorporating elements of HIIT, weightlifting, boxing, and bootcamp fitness into personalised sessions, ensuring a dynamic and effective workout.

Completing our team is Miao Li, a skilled yoga instructor who brings a unique teaching style to Studio Benefit that challenges and relaxes the mind and body. With Miao's guidance, you will be able to lengthen and strengthen both physically and mentally.

Studio Benefit strives to provide convenient and accessible fitness solutions for our clients. In addition to our private studio setting, we also offer exercise services in various settings such as aged care facilities, corporate offices, and even in the comfort of your own home. We aim to accommodate your needs and preferences, making your fitness journey as seamless as possible.

If you're unable to attend our classes in person, we also offer our Wake up and Workout Members 24-hour access to on-demand classes, allowing you to stay active wherever you are in the world.
