Owned by Justy Molinares, Studio AeroX offers a wide range of fitness programs aimed at promoting health and wellness. Justy, with over 35 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer, and producer, brings her unique teaching style to each class, ensuring that clients have a fun and effective workout experience.
One of the highlights of Studio AeroX is its certification as an AntiGravity Studio. This innovative form of exercise combines elements of fitness, yoga, and health in a dynamic and engaging way. In addition to Justy, Mylene Gionet-Bouchard is also a certified AntiGravity instructor at Studio AeroX. Having fallen in love with AntiGravity after taking a class at the studio, Mylene joined the team in 2017 and brings her passion for fitness and health to every session.
