After working in the corporate world for 24 years, Rachel decided to retrain as a Fitness & Pilates Instructor and opened Studio 52 Fitness in 2014.
With qualifications including a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, CYQ Level 2 in Group Exercise to Music, and CYQ Level 2 & 3 Anatomy & Physiology for Exercise and Health, Rachel is dedicated to providing professional and accessible exercise experiences. She also holds a YMCA Level 3 in Adapting Exercise for Antenatal and Post Natal Clients, making Studio 52 Fitness a safe and welcoming space for mothers-to-be and new mothers.
Classes at Studio 52 Fitness are kept small, with a maximum of 9 people, to ensure that everyone receives individual attention and exercises can be tailored to their specific objectives and fitness levels.
