Under the guidance of Dr Michael Miroshnik, Studio Athletica has developed an array of post-operative rehabilitation programmes specific to your procedure. Ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months, our packages incorporate traditional personal training, rehabilitation work and pilates. Designed to safely guide you through the delicate first weeks after surgery to best maintain a prior level of fitness, provide extensive retraining of core muscles, regain and increase strength, flexibility and agility without the risk of injury.
