We also offer off-street parking and showers for your convenience.

Founded in 2019 by Michael Ramsey and Mark Armstrong, STRONG Pilates is a first-of-its-kind, untraditional workout that encompasses more than just building muscles. Our brand purpose is to be the reason people live better, by promoting longevity in training and fostering a strong sense of community. We achieve this by delivering innovative fitness technology and providing an experience that is worthy of advocacy.

At STRONG, we believe in the power of strong minds, bodies, friendships, and beats. Our workouts are designed to strengthen you from the inside out, helping you push yourself to achieve more. With a different class offered each day, you can experience 45 minutes of pilates-inspired resistance training accompanied by rowing or riding on our exclusively licenced Rowformer or BIKE machines.
