The studio boasts an immaculately presented industrial space equipped with 20 Formers, offering clients the choice between rowing or riding. Every element of the studio, from the dedicated trainers to the lighting and music, has been carefully designed to ensure an exceptional workout experience.

At STRONG Pilates Alexandria, the commitment to premium service doesn't end on the training floor. After every class, clients are treated to cold Eucalyptus soaked towels delivered directly to them, allowing for a refreshing and revitalising end to their session. The studio also provides a range of facilities, including toilets, secure undercover parking, change rooms, showers with towel service, lockers, charging ports, hair dryers, and straighteners. There is also a designated mobility area for clients to focus on their flexibility and mobility training.

The studio is led by a team of experienced and passionate trainers, including Krista as the Studio Manager and instructors Celeste, Leesa, Maddie, Wany, Ruby, Carlos, Paris, Princess, Henar, and Cherelle. Each trainer brings their unique expertise and energy to create a supportive and empowering atmosphere for clients of all fitness levels.
