Rich from Stronghold invites new members to try a free trial class to get a feel of the training atmosphere and the discipline before signing up.

Classes at Stronghold cater to all levels and ages, with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (All Levels) class designed for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. After the trial, members should wear a Gi (Jiu-Jitsu Uniform).

For beginners, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Beginners class focuses on basic techniques and is suitable for anyone aged 14 and above.

The No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu class, which requires shorts/spats and a rashguard, welcomes all levels and teaches techniques without the traditional gi attire.

After a month of training, members can join the Sparring Class, which offers 60 minutes of live sparring in either Gi or No-Gi.

Open Mat sessions give members free time to utilise the gym as they like, whether it's sparring, drilling techniques, asking questions, or using the strength and conditioning station.

At Stronghold, you’ll learn from experienced instructors like Anees Hussain (brown belt), Zehmir Hussain (black belt), Vadim (brown belt), Andrei (black belt), and Raheel (purple belt). They are accomplished competitors dedicated to providing top-notch Jiu-Jitsu tuition.

Membership options are competitively priced:
- Unlimited Training Membership: £60 per month for all classes, strength and conditioning during class times, and open mats.
- No-Gi Membership: £50 per month for all No-Gi classes, sparring, open mats, and strength and conditioning during open mats.
- BJJ Membership: £50 per month for all Gi classes, sparring, open mats, and strength and conditioning during open mats.
