The founder and head trainer, Diani Hall, is a highly qualified professional with a passion for fitness. Her fitness journey began in 2017 when she joined a local CrossFit box and developed a keen interest in Olympic weightlifting and corrective exercise. Diani has also served in the Army Reserves and has undergone the rigorous Army selection process twice, which has given her the resilience and determination to always strive for self-improvement.
With a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Roehampton, Diani brings a well-rounded approach to personal training. She is a certified gym instructor and personal trainer with an ActiveIQ Level 3 Diploma. Diani is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Level 3 Corrective Exercise Specialist and has completed the NASM Optimum Performance Training programme. Additionally, she holds a Focus Awards Level 1 Award in Coaching Weight Lifting from British Weightlifting.
